Oyindamola Hussain is Vice President for Sub-Saharan African Operations at the Emerging Markets Investors Alliance (EMIA) and is responsible for EMIA’s activities and relationships in Nigeria and frontier African markets. She is passionate about sustainable investing in Africa. 

Oyindamola has over 5 years’ experience in fixed income portfolio management in Africa. Prior to joining the Alliance, Oyindamola was a portfolio manager for Stanbic IBTC, a member of the Standard Bank Group. While at Stanbic she was responsible for portfolio construction and multi asset investment of pension funds covering local currency debt in corporates and sovereigns. She is passionate about continuous learning especially as it relates to how frontier economies can leverage sustainable financing.

Oyindamola earned a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Lagos. She lives in London with her family.
