Nadine serves as Head of Private Sector Programs and Chief Financial Officer at the Emerging Markets Investors Alliance.
Previously, Nadine was a senior investment banker with 20 years of experience in originating, structuring, and executing debt capital markets transactions for emerging market companies.
Nadine's experience includes serving as Head of International Debt Capital Markets at Itau, Brazil's largest bank, where she helped raise over $100 billion for emerging market companies. Nadine was also a Managing Director in Latin American Debt Capital Markets at UBS, Switzerland's largest bank, and Co-Head of Debt Capital Markets Americas at Haitong, China's second-largest securities firm. At each of these firms, Nadine built new business platforms and led high performing teams. Nadine began her career in investment banking at Citigroup.
Nadine holds an MBA from New York University and a BA from Bryn Mawr. She has also earned the Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) credential from the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB).
