Nadine Cavusoglu

Nadine is Managing Director of the Emerging Markets Investors Alliance (EMIA). She is also Director of EMIA’s Consumer Staples Program.

Prior to joining EMIA, Nadine was a senior investment banker with 20 years of experience in originating, structuring, and executing debt capital markets transactions for emerging market companies. 

Nadine's experience includes serving as Head of International Debt Capital Markets at Itau, Brazil’s largest bank, where she helped raise over $100 billion for emerging market companies. Nadine was also a Managing Director in Latin American Debt Capital Markets at UBS, Switzerland’s largest bank, and Co-Head of Debt Capital Markets Americas at Haitong, China’s second-largest securities firm. At each of these firms, Nadine built new business platforms and led high performing teams. Nadine began her career in investment banking at Citigroup. 

Nadine earned a B.A. from Bryn Mawr College and an M.B.A. from New York University. She also earned the Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) credential from the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB).
